The objective of this team is to ensure the balanced growth of the organization that is sustainable and creating a very stable organization. This is critical to achieving our commitment to excellence and is a huge part of shaping our company’s future.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SUPPORT
Our goal is simple; Empower people. Customer Experience is on the front line of ensuring our customers are getting the most out of our products. It’s much more than just support. This team plays a pivotal role in ETI's quality assurance by assisting the R&D team in conducting product testing and compiling input from customers regarding enhancements and recommendations. In short, they are our most important connection to our customers and a critical factor for us to reach our potential.
